Processing Time

All items are made to order with a processing time of 5-10 business days. I will always ship as swiftly as I can but appreciate your patience as I create and fulfill all orders myself :) If you need an order sent out rush priority please contact me via the Contact Form and I will do my best to arrange something with you.

Shipping Policies 

I currently ship to all countries within the EU as well as UK, USA and Australia—If you’d like to request I ship to your country please send me a message via the Contact Form.

If a shipment becomes lost you can submit a file with the shipping company to try and locate it, I can replace the lost merchandise but shipping will be paid for by the customer. Stolen shipments will not be replaced.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns and exchanges of unused items (unopened for incense) are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All shipping fees are non-refundable and paid for by the customer. Should an item arrive damaged or you have an issue with your order please contact me here.
